I have a passion for getting into interesting problems and finding solutions for them. Writing web software lets me do this every day. Writing web applications to me is about curiosity. What can we do to make this better? What can we not do to make this even better?

Indiana is where I grew up and I feel connected to Bloomington and the success of the tech industry here. I can't do what I do without the awesome open source communities that power the frameworks that I use every day.

I have an outstanding wife and awesome, supportive friends and family. I like writing PHP while my bread dough is rising. I spend my free time cooking with my wife, working on web experiments, and playing games of all types.
